[General] Portal Project next actions

Ted and I would like to start populating the PPD and Engineering Wiki  
areas with content from the existing wikis next week. After a first  
pass, we should have a better idea if our proposed design will work  
with the content we have.

Jared, do you have time to set those up for us by the end of this week?
