[General] Chandler at the Vancouver Python Workshop

We would love it if someone from OSAF or the Chandler dev team could come up
to Vancouver for a day to tell our conference attendees about progress on
Chandler and lessons learned using Python on it. I know that you guys have
done many conferences and probably would not need to do much preparation.
For those of you in Seattle it would only be a short drive up. You should
spend your US dollars in Canada while they are still worth more than
Canadian dollars. ;)

If you submit a talk in the next two weeks, your registration will be very
cheap (even measured in Canadian dollars!). The conference is held over a
weekend, a week after the end of OSCON. Last time we did it, we sold out and
got great reviews.
