[General] User questions

Of course I am more up to speed on the design side but it seems to me
that since 0.6 was released, the majority of the questions or user
feedback has been received via bugzilla or the design list. The
exception here might be Cosmo - I know there are quite a few support
questions posted to this list. For chander-dev or scooby-dev, I
can't really say so I would have to look.
Like Heikki, I think this would be a good goal for the Beta timeframe
but I am not aware that we have enough volume or a real problem with
this currently. Although I am having trouble managing all the lists I
currently subscribe to, is a users mailing list how people typically
address this issue?
