It seems to me that bugzilla is useful for "reporting" a bug
(something that doesn't work right), but the design list (or maybe yet
another list like "help at osafoundation.org" is a place to go to
potentially get "solutions" or guidance for your problem.

If we're going to be providing users assistance using the application
via a maillist, we should either add that to the About box, or better
yet add something additional in the Help menu that is more informative
about this.
