[General] website discussion with Deb Richardson

A few weeks ago I talked to Deb Richardson at  Mozilla about the way  
that they handle their websites.  I've put my notes up on the wiki

they are somewhat incomplete because the real notes were on my  
laptop.   She consistently mentioned the importance of getting  
structure right, and of demonstrating by example.
