[General] Chandler won't launch

Hi Tom,

I didn't see the attachment you talk about, but frequently Chandler will 
start if you tell it to start with a new repository.  Try looking at the 
instructions for doing this on the troubleshooting page:

If that doesn't help please write back and we will try something else.
