[General] Chandler theme for S5

Hi Folks,

I wrote my PyCon presentation in S5, an XHTML/JavaScript based slideshow
platform.  It turns out it's really easy to generate S5 using docutils
(more about this at the link below).

I made a few tweaks to the default S5 theme (color scheme matching the
OSAF logo, Chandler image at the top left), and I've packaged the theme
up and documented how you, too, can have a cool S5 slideshow at:
