  Highlights

     * Progress:
           o Chandler 0.7 design is in progress with lots of  
participation.
           o Cosmo 0.3 features in development.
           o Scooby 0.1 release packaging work ongoing.
     * Plans:
           o Start writing initial specs for Chandler 0.7; milestone  
plan for Chandler.
           o Finish up Chandler 0.6.1.

Design and PM (Sheila)

     * Progress:
           o Progress on free-busy/invitations - design session to  
review proposal.
           o Dashboard design and discussions continued.
           o Review of detail view spec for 0.7.
           o Start domain model discussions.
     * Plans:
           o Chandler: Closure on free-busy/notifications proposal,  
first draft of spec, screen mockups. Specs for timezone, detail view  
and markup bar. Summarize current dashboard proposal and suggestions  
for staging.
           o Scooby: Release work in progress. Revisit schedule to  
see if we need to move the date or remove some features.
           o Cosmo: Need to send out a writeup of Cosmo screen review  
for the list.

Application WG (Philippe)

     * Progress:
           o Lots of progress on the Design front. Things are getting  
clearer for free/busy, invitation workflow. More work on Dashboard  
needed.
           o Bug triaging moving forward, more to do
           o 0.6.1 bug fixes on target
     * Plan:
           o Continue progress on 0.7 Architecture tasks
           o Review remaining 0.7 bugs, prioritize
           o Start SWAGging bugs
           o Create a Wiki page for "Geek Talk: subjects for Apps  
meeting (Philippe)

Platform WG (Katie)

     * Progress:
           o 0.6.1 bug fixes
           o sharing proposal
           o zanshin fixes
           o work on eggs and setuptools
           o repository bug fixes (merge bugs, etc.)
     * Plan:
           o Remove libxml2 from zanshin (use elementtree)
           o Preparing PyCon papers
           o 0.7 domain model plan
           o Schema evolution (goals, technical design)
           o 0.7 sharing plan
           o 0.7 calendar and email service plan

QA, Build and Release (Heikki/Aparna)

     * Progress:
           o scooby test automation using jsunit
           o 0.6.1 release testing
           o Debugging functional test failures on Linux
     * Plans:
           o verify 0.6.1 blocker bug fixes
           o scooby test plan
           o discuss cosmo automation strategy

Cosmo and Scooby (Lisa/Bobby)

Progress: Cosmo 0.3 features in development. Scooby 0.1 release  
packaging work ongoing.

Plans: Cosmo feature development; Scooby finishing, move towards code  
complete, and help QA ramp up.

     * Progress:
           o held workshop on internet information person
           o started assembling list of OSU projects
           o decided to move irc to freenode
           o initial draft of governance memo posted
     * Plans:
           o actual move of irc to freenode
           o project list to OSU
           o decide on mailing list renames
