[General] Intern Presentation Dry Run

Hi,

As announced during the IRC Office Hour this morning, we will have a dry 
run next Tuesday week to prepare for Thursday intern presentation (more 
info on intern presentation here: 
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/IntershipPlan06).

Here are the dry run info and Q&A:
- When: dry run will be held *Tuesday August 8th from 11am to 2pm*
- Where: *Whoville* (5th floor of Howard street building)
- Remote folks: We will have the *bridge from noon to 1pm*. Please 
choose a time slot during that time. (I'll send a private email to the 3 
SoC students with the conference call bridge info)
- How long: *Please, choose a 15 minutes time slot somewhere during 
these 3 hours and send that to me for confirmation!* Coordinate with 
your mentor for this (better if your mentor is present though not 
mandatory), send the preferred time to me asap. Time will be attributed 
on a "first come first served" basis.
- Do I have to attend the whole 3 hours? No, be present for your 15 minutes.
- Can I attend the whole 3 hours? Sure though it's likely to be boring 
after a while...
- What do I need to do ahead of time? Send slides to Philippe, send demo 
to Grant, coordinate with your mentor to review the content of the 
slides and demo
