My seven cents:
* Regarding The "Sidebar" PDF - I'm sure Newbies is supposed to be
replaced with something less colloquial, but is this "Newbies"
meaning new developers or new users? Are we planning on user
and/or sysadmin docs? i.e. how to deploy, how to share, etc?
* Regarding subsections.. here's my take on Chander front-end,
here's a first stab:
o Chandler UI
+ CPIA - some very general CPIA concepts - i.e. how
blocks and widgets relate, how we use wxWidgets, etc -
leaving out BranchPointBlock for now:
# Blocks and Widgets
# Events
# Using wxPython APIs
+ Advanced CPIA
# AttributeEditors
# BranchPointBlock
+ The Chandler View (i.e. the root CPIA block)
# The Sidebar
# KindFilter buttons and views
# The Calendar View
# The Detail View
# The MiniCalendar and Preview Areas
+ Scripting
+ Testing: Functional Tests
I'm probably leaving some stuff out here, but its a decent first cut I
think...
It saddens me a bit that the developer documentation makes up such a
tiny part of Ted's graph, but that's probably only a reflection of how
we developers need to be giving him more feedback...:)
