[General] No Calendar after Build

I've been trying to get Chandler to work for several months and finally I've had success.  Hooray!!  (I ended up dowloading the source for M_12 and building from scratch.)

My main interest in exploring Chandler in the first place was to check out the appointment calendar.  Unfortunately I can't figure out how to get that built-in parcel to show up on Chandler.  In Chandler, on the left panel, all that shows up are  "MrMenus" and "Repository Viewer".  I see that the Calendar, and other parcels, are in the distribution directory (/src/osaf/chandler/Chandler/parcels) but I can't figure out how to activate them.

I'm not sure if it matters, but I should let you know that I did a release build of Chandler (not a debug build).
