[Dev] Bugzilla components proposal: done

Ok, Heikki gave me bugzilla admin rights and I've now made most of the 
changes. Apologies for the bug spam.

The component descriptions could use improving:

Let me know if you want changes to descriptions or if I've overlooked 
something.
