[Dev] Berkeley DB (4.4.20) and chandlerdb updated (0.6-10)

After your next 'svn update' you need to get the latest binaries for 
db, PyLucene and chandlerdb by running in 'chandler':
   make db PyLucene chandlerdb -OR-
   make install

The repository format changed, you need to re-create your repository after 
installing this update.

The major new feature in this update is repository version purging which gets 
rid of old versions of items, deleted items and then compacts the Berkeley DB 
database files underlying the repository.

Needless to day, once you've purged old items from your repository, they're 
gone for good. I added a new menu item under the Test menu, 'Compact 
Repository' which invokes this new functionality.

Doing a backup of your repository before such purging is recommended.
