[Dev] wxSynchronizeWidget "hints" and such

I talked to Bryan - tomorrow we're doing sprints and I can only come in 
the in afternoon, lets try for thursday at 2pm?

I think it would be helpful to have John, Alec, Ted, and Andi there as 
we're talking about item notifications, etc.
