[Dev] Windows widgets build seems broken

Hi David:

I just updated from CVS and did a make real clean followed by make world 
DEGUG=1. When I run it complains about not being able to find:

wxbase260ud_vc_custom.dll

When I look for that dll I only find:

wxbase26ud_vc_custom.dll

Did you change anything recently that might explain this? Also, I 
thought we were doing continuous builds these days and tinderbox isn't 
complaining.
