As one of the people filtering incoming bugs, if I have a choice between 
reviewing them in email form or Bugzilla, I prefer Bugzilla. Anyway, 
someone has to filter the input no matter how it comes in. In email, I  
have to file a new bug manually for every genuine bug send to us, cut, 
paste, etc... Not the best use of my (or Aparna's) time. Marking invalid 
or dupe a bunch of bugs is much less annoying than filling them and much 
less prone to error.
