[Dev] Chandler 0.6 download metrics - fixed a bug

After a number of people have given me a "hmm, now those numbers just  
seem *wrong*" comment on the Chandler 0.6 download figures (see  
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/ 
QuantitativeCommunityInvolvementMetrics#Downloads ) I finally got a  
chance to take a look at the script and have found the bug.

Basically windows downloads were being under-counted - I've correct the  
bug and have re-run last week's numbers.

I'll be tweaking the script to try and re-run the previous weeks values  
for 0.6
