[Dev] OSAF product in Bugzilla

So small issues with this component (all fixable, I hope):

1. it's badly named if it's a container for web/wiki/etc
2. it's got a bugzilla component which seems wrong, since there's  
also a bugzilla component under osaf it
3. the misc component looks like a catch all for IT

If we could move the bugzilla component and misc component (or their  
bugs) to the osaf it product, and rename this product to something  
related to web, then I'd be happy.
