I'd say it should be split in two phases. In 0.6 display an alert to
users to let them know there was an internal error and they should
restart Chandler. This should be trivial to do.

In 0.7, build the infrastructure that can receive user sent reports, and
make the dialog send the backtrace if the user wants.
