The security issue has since been announced publicially.  As I was
unable to complete a full migration of wiki.osafoundation.org to an
updated codebase quickly, an issue-specific patch has been rolled out to
close the security hole.

I still intend to update the wiki to a new instance since most of the
work has been done.  Of issues reported with twiki2, only 3 remain.
