[Dev] Chandler pegs CPU

Alec,

No. Let me make it clear: the problem didn't start with the delivery of 
a wx tarball. Rolling a new wx tarball isn't likely to help, especially 
when we haven't identified the cause.

I think someone should determine with which daily build this problem 
appeared.
