[Dev] Cosmo-demo production updated to 0.2.1

The production cosmo-demo instance at:

  https://cosmo-demo.osafoundation.org/

has been updated to run Cosmo 0.2.1.  This 0.2.1 version of Cosmo has been
integration tested against Chandler 0.5M6 and is known to fix sharing bugs
compared to Cosmo 0.2.0.

Because there was a schema change between 0.2.0 and 0.2.1, user data could
not be preserved for this update; people will need to recreate their
accounts and reupload their data.  If you need access to your previous data,
the old instance is available here:

  http://cosmo-demo.osafoundation.org:8091/
