[Dev] Infrastructure downtime Friday afternoon

I am scheduled to go onsite to our ISC hosting facility this Friday
(2005-10-21) at 2pm.  While there, every box there will be subject to a
brief period of downtime while its power is moved to a more reliable source.
Boxes will be taken down and moved with about 10 minutes of IRC (#chandler)
notice; only 1 box will be down at a time.  This will affect all developer
services, including svn, bugzilla, www, wiki, email (in and out).  I'll try
to do the IRC box either first or last to ease communication hassles.

After this period of instability, we will have better ability to diagnosis
(see BIOS/console-only messages) and manage (remotely power cycle and change
BIOS messages) our boxes.
