I wasn't planning on it, as I think Ian Bicking's likely to do a better job 
of it.  His WSGI presentation this year was superb, far better than 
anything I would've done.  And he's already got a nice slideshow about eggs 
and setuptools for a talk he's already given at a local PUG, so he's even 
got practice.  Plus, having other people give talks about stuff makes it 
look like there's a lot more interest in the subject out there.  :)

I actually don't have any solid ideas for other talks at the moment, since 
I haven't really done anything new with Python since the last Pycon besides 
work on the Chandler schema API, and setuptools/eggs.
