[Dev] Milestone 0.5.06 aka m6 branch is complete - Tree is OPEN

The m6 branch is named Milestone_0.5.06 -- I am doing the first build 
on it now so please refrain from posting to it until I announce I'm 
done with the branch build.

The Chandler trunk is open - have at it!
