In summary: again good progress across the board.

New event creation is getting pretty close to acceptable time with empty
repository.

Stamping with empty repository now dropped below acceptable limit on all
platforms. It is now the second scenario under acceptable limits (last
week creating new calendar with empty repository became acceptable, and
remains so this week).

The worst problem (looking at target and comparing to actual) is
creating a new event with menu when using large calendar - we are 26
times over the limit on Mac. Other scenarios are much closer.
