[Dev] CPIA example

Sounds like any suggested changes that come out of John's review won't 
make it into the release (we'll hit code freeze by then), so it will 
have to be feedback for 0.7.

Keep in mind that our goal for 0.6 in this domain was the schema api and 
better documentation. Most of our attention went to a usable, shared 
calendar. We'll make further progress on parcel support in 0.7.
