[Dev] Performance update

I just updated
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Projects/PerformanceProject with
the latest information from the automatically run performance tests.
There were some very notable improvements in startup time, and in all of
the tests that operate on the 3000 event calendar.

We are concentrating the performance investigations and improvement
efforts into the 3000 event calendar cases because the tests with empty
repository are reasonably fast at the moment. However, even with 3000
event calendar none of the performance bugs are so bad that we would
hold the release because of performance issues.
