Philippe:
I finally Managed.
I don´t know what the problem was.
Making new clean installs did not helped
A command line like you suggested did not help either.
The solution was:
to delete the folder named "Open Source Aplication Foundation" under
documents and settings and to delete the application itself from the
programs folder.
After that doing a restart and doing a new install.
Nonetheless, it wanted to know if it should delete the older version
(which did not exist) and so I had to do a new install telling the
installer to leave the older version (which was not there).
Only then I was able to install and work with Chandler.
I lost the repository, which I believe is useful to dogfood Chandler. if
not we would be walking only on shallow waters.
Yours,
Daniel
