I think a developer only "learning CPIA" skin departs fairly 
dramatically from my expectation of what we wanted from "hello world" in 
0.6.

I would have to agree with Bryan and Alec that the tutorials should walk 
people through how to create their Chandler-specific parcels, not 
generally introduce CPIA concepts.
