[Dev] Import/export code review and brainstorm

No, there aren't any CATS tests for the functional units within  
ICalendar.  They all simply *use* the ICalendar import/export code  
via OneTimeFileSystemShare.get() or put().  We can cover these when  
we do the CATS review.
