[Dev] Some perf trends over the last month

I graphed some performance data since October 4, 2005. Please note that
it is somewhat misleading to draw graphs on performance improvements in
the sense that it is not at all accurate at predicting future changes.
Performance improvements tend to happen at unpredictable schedule. Also,
the more perf work you have done the harder it generally gets to make
further improvements, and the changes will bring in smaller and smaller
improvements.
