[Dev] OSAF people have trouble sending/receiving mail with Chandler?

If you are using the new imap and smtp mail servers, you need to get an
updated parcel.xml from
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Chandler/ParcelLoading and place
it in your PARCELPATH per instructions in the "Loading extra
certificates from parcel" section.

Or you can download the certificate (not the parcel.xml mentioned above)
and import it from Test > Import Certificate.
