[Dev] Repository migration roadmap

For 0.6 requirements, so far we've figured that it's acceptable for
dogfood users to have to export and import their data manually in order
to upgrade. That might be limited to event data -- export to ICS file,
import ICS file (this already roughly works though without supporting
recurrence). The sharing code also ought to make it possible to share
arbitrary data to the server, then after throwing away the local
repository pull the data from the server again.
