[Dev] ZopeInterfaces upgrade

I've just made the change to external/zope/Makefile to upgrade 
ZopeInterfaces to 3.0.1

This change will only immediately impact people who do full builds - 
after the various OS binaries are generated I'll update 
chandler/Makefile to pull in the new change.
