[Dev] Wing doesn't like the current chandler-project.wpr - I want to fix it. Objections?

I noticed that Wing doesn't like the position of 
application/tests/TestParcelPerf.py in chandler-project.wpr's file list; 
every time I open it, it overwrites this file to move 
application/tests/TestParcelPerf.py to its alphabetically-sorted place 
(from the end of the file list, which is where the checked-in version 
has it). This means chandler-project.wpr always gets included in diffs, 
etc, which is a pain.

Unless anyone objects before tomorrow morning, I'll be checking in the 
version Wing keeps creating.

(Grant reported that he's seeing the same behaviour from Wing on Mac. 
I'm seeing it on PC.)
