[Dev] Release update for 0.5

Hello Everyone,
In an effort to bring closure to 0.5 release, the bug council met today 
and prioritized all the blocking bugs for 0.5 release. If you have 
blocking bugs assigned to you please work on them in the order of their 
priority(P1s followed by P2s followed by P3s). If you have no blocking 
bugs for this release, please see if you can help out with the others.

We are currently targeting a release date of *Mar 29th* which means we 
need to code-freeze by *Mar 24th* (2 weeks from today). That would give 
us 4 days to stabilize the code and test all the features before we 
release. The documentation freeze would also be Mar 24th.  If you have 
any concerns about not making that date for any of your bug fixes or 
documents please let us know soon.
