[Dev] wx-internal sync issue

Folks,

Due to the build problems being ironed out within wxPython, there has 
been a number of changes that will cause Chandler to fail on launch if 
you cvs update right now (3:30Pm-5:00PM PDT - 3/1). These should be 
fixed as soon as the install is finished building, at which point you 
will need to do a make install. If this is unacceptable, simply revert 
my latest check-in of 
chandler/parcels/osaf/framework/blocks/calendar/CalendarBlocks.py
