*Highlights
*Chandler 0.6 milestone achieved: 0.5.03, containing new mail and 
sharing work, repository performance improvements and many Apps area 
cleanups.
 - required one re-build and a few bug fixes
 - work already underway toward 0.5.04 in approx. one month
*New people*: Arel Cordero, apps team intern and Jared Rhine, IT 
(part-time for now)

*Design Team

Progress: *Detail view and calendar spec were sent to dev list for final 
review.
*Plans: * Review shortly for ContextMenu spec, meet to discuss sharing 
spec, update trash and deletion spec

Progress*: Nailed 0.5.03.   Trash and Deletion spec reviewed.
*Plans: *Detailed plan for 0.5.04 previously drafted but now will review 
work and load balance and make progress on drafts.
*Personnel*: Alec on paternity leave.  Arel Cordero, intern, started 
this week.
*Problems: *Dire need for linux box access for testing.

Progress: *Zanshin integration work checked in and bugs ironed out for 
milestone.  Email code review completed.  I18n architecture planning 
ongoing -- draft circulated in small group.  Filtered shares work almost 
complete as per 0.5.03 goal. 
*Plans: *Recurrence spec revision imminent (Jeffrey). I18n plan revision 
and broader audience (Brian).  Finish filtered shares work and review 
(Morgen).  Finish adding dynamic certs (Heikki)

Developer Platform and Repository

Progress*: Schema API work progress and testing by Katie and Ted.  
Datetime and sharing fixes done for 0.5.03.  Test framework related work 
(Phillip).
*Plans:* Revise ItemCollection spec and implementation plan (Ted).  
Testability and test framework improvements (Phillip). Input to 
revisions of recurrence, i18n specs (Katie)
*Personnel: *Andi on holiday this week.

*Server (Cosmo and Scooby)
Progress: *Cosmo build 0.2-1 available -- the first build with work 
towards 0.2 goals.
*Plans: *Add ticket support.  Work on Scooby planning with Mitch.

Progress: *Testing a 1000-event calendar with new test data reflecting 
real-life usage.  Some performance comparison tests beginning. Milestone 
build tested and filed bugs.  Regression bugs are now marked with 
keyword 'regression'.  Demo test contributions.
*Plans: *More silk tests being written.  Continuing work on setting up 
machine to do 2-chandler instance demos.

Progress: *Subversion move completed.*  *Put silk test results on 
Tinderbox build pages. Built and released 0.5.03.
*Plans: *Hardhat-related build housekeeping. Implement run_test in build

*Progress: *Dealt with email system move and fallout. 
*Plans: *Put together team project and task list and start prioritizing 
or at least identify top five issues -- most likely to include Linux box 
access for test by Apps team and permalinks for OSAF-hosted blogs.
*Personnel: *Jared Rhine started part-time (fulltime after Aug)

Community/Communications/Conferences:
Progress:* CalConnect last week -- Lisa participated in roundtable; new 
draft of CalDAV published.
*Plans: *Follow up on CSG meetings from a couple weeks back to see how 
university needs are evolving
