[Dev] accessibility keyword created in Bugzilla

I created the keyword accessibility in Bugzilla. Please add it to bugs
that affect accessibility. These include things like: not possible to do
something with just the keyboard, something that prevents a screenreader
or some alternative pointing device (=other than mouse) from working,
and so on.

I've already added the keyword to all the bugs that mentioned
accessibility in the status whiteboard. Using status whiteboard for that
is now deprecated.
