Parcels can already execute arbitrary Python code, so you already have to 
trust a parcel author with your computer.

Or do you mean things like people emailing the Chandler equivalent of 
Office macro viruses or Outlook VBScript worms to each other?  I guess 
we'll have a true competitor to Outlook in that case.  ;)
