[Dev] CPIA Script is now Python-based

The new implementation of CPIA Script uses python, so pretty much any  
valid python code should work in a script.   We're considering how  
best to deal with the security issues that this new capability  
raises.  In the mean time, have fun and be careful!

There will be a code review on Tuesday July 26th at 1:30 PM in the  
Avalon conference room.  We'll try to set up for dial-up or skype
