[Dev] wxPython v2.6.1+ is available

The initial wxPython v2.6.1 tarball is now available via make install. 
Please file any new bugs that you believe to be wxWidget-related, noting 
the "v2.6.1" version number in your report.

This version includes all wxPython sources changes made on or before 19 
July 2005 (hence the "+").

A list of new release highlights (since v2.6.0) can be found in the 
"Chandler/internal/" SVN subtree at "wxPython-2.5/docs/changes.txt".
