[Dev] Schoolbell open source calendar

In my Europython report I mentioned there are some other calendars we
should take a look at. One is Schoolbell (part of SchoolTool system)
which is funded by the Shuttleworth Foundation.

The website and presentation listed compatibility with various
applications, but unfortunately Chandler was not listed and we did not
have time to test this during Europython. It would be nice if someone
could give this a shot.

SchoolBell should also be of interest to Cosmo/Scooby.
