[Dev] Item Collection integration plans

Hi folks,

We need to start integrating the new item collection / set code into  
Chandler.   This is probably going to take a while to do, and is  
likely to be somewhat disruptive.  In order to keep the current  
milestone 05_04 on track, the plan is to create a branch and do the  
integration work in the branch.   I was planning to ask bear to  
create the branch when he finishes this Monday's checkpoint build.

If you have any questions, or will be impacted by creation of this  
branch, please reply to this note - we can certainly change the plan  
if needed.
