[Dev] PyCon sprints

I've put up a description of a 2 day Chandler sprint at PyCon this 
year: http://www.python.org/moin/ChandlerSprint2005.  If people have 
ideas for other sample parcels or projects, we can certainly add more.  
I learned last year that the PyCon sprints are pretty flexible, so what 
we do is really determined by the desires of people who show up.  The 
Wiki page is there to get the ball rolling.
