[Dev] Outstanding bugs in 0.5 release

Hello all,
Yesterday we had our first bug council for this release. We made first 
pass at all the bugs and assigned them the appropriate priority and 
target milestone. There are currently 173 open bugs in 0.5 release, 
excluding hardhat and documentation.

Please go over your assigned bugs and update them with your status. Some 
of them seem like they have been resolved but still left open. If you 
think a  bug won't be fixed in this release, please make a note of it so 
we can discuss it in the bug council.

Our next bug council will be next Thrusday and we hope you'll have 
updated the bug reports by then.

the dashboard.
