[Dev] cvs error on window tinderboxes

This happened because the file contained a virus, and the antivirus
software noticed it and deleted the file, which confused CVS.

DO NOT CHECK IN VIRUSES!

This includes stuff that are not real viruses but are designed to
trigger antivirus software for testing purposes.
