[Dev] cvs error on window tinderboxes

the window's boxes are getting a cvs error:

cvs [update aborted]: cannot rename file .new.test_testvirus2 to 
test_testvirus2: No such file or directory

This will probably require some cvs server manual intervention to fix 
(I already tried removing the ~/tinderbuild directory to force a fresh 
checkout)
