[Dev] Eclipse with chandler

I took John's advice and tried out Eclipse.

I also picked up:
 a python plugin ( 
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pydev/pydev_0_8_0.zip?download )
 an xml plugin ( http://xmlbuddy.com/2.0/download.php )

Both plugins give you a navigatable outline view of your code and the 
python view allows you to collapse any python "def" or "class" block..

I'm sure there are other useful python environments out there, but John 
is right - Eclipse is pretty sweet..
